Job Description

The role of a Lead Assistant Manager - Solutions & Product Marketing is to support omni-channel marketing initiatives for AI, Digital Solutions, and Partnerships businesses.

This position plays a key part in executing go-to-market (GTM) programs, delivering integrated campaigns, and developing compelling marketing content that drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns with a focus on solution and product launches.
  • Manage campaign setup, QA, and execution in marketing platforms, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Partner with product, industry, and sales enablement teams to ensure campaigns reflect GTM strategy and solution priorities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/business-related discipline.
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with exposure to campaign execution, content creation, or product marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRMs.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in content and messaging.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to track performance and draw actionable insights.
  • Team player, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
