About the Role:
This position involves leading the development of a comprehensive standard operating procedure for coaching and capacity building in inclusive livelihood programs. The role requires guiding consultative workshops and collaborative sessions with stakeholders to draft a comprehensive SOP, defining roles, session structures, techniques, and tools for effective implementation. The position will also lead in developing learning materials, including training modules, coaching materials, and certification processes for coaches.

Requirements:
- Master's in Social Work or Equivalent:
- 7+ Years of Experience in Capacity Building and Training:
- Experience in Graduation Programs and NRLM Framework:
- Strong Writing and Verbal Skills in English:
- Leadership and Group Dynamics Skills:
- Networking and Relationship Building Skills:
- Able to Prioritize and Manage Multiple Tasks:
- Travel Requirements:
