  • We are seeking a seasoned Strategy Consultant to drive business impact through innovative solutions.

We deliver cutting-edge research and advisory services to the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, working closely with clients to define problem statements, design optimal research approaches, and structure data for impactful insights. Our goal is to elevate our clients' strategic decision-making capabilities and drive growth in their respective markets.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop high-impact strategies and recommendations for clients, leveraging advanced analytical models and frameworks for data synthesis and trend identification.
  2. Presents results of the research to the client and handles client queries effectively.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution of projects.
  4. Analyze complex data sources, including public databases and commercial platforms, to derive actionable insights.
  5. Deliver clear and concise executive-level presentations, reports, and proposals to senior leadership stakeholders.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of key pharma and medical data sources, technologies, and trends.
  7. Proactively contribute to organizational goals and initiatives, driving innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements:
Education:

  • M.Tech./ M.Pharm/ B.Pharm/ B.Tech (Biotech)/B.E(Biotech)/ MBA
Experience:
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in business research, in Pharmaceutical/ Life Sciences Consulting Organization.
Skills:
  • Deep expertise in primary market research (both qualitative and quantitative), with the ability to apply advanced analytical models and strategic frameworks for data synthesis, trend identification, and triangulation of insights.
  • Strong working knowledge of key pharma and medical data sources, including public databases (e.g., ClinicalTrials.gov, PubMed, FDA, EMA) and commercial platforms (e.g., Citeline, Evaluate Pharma, PharmaTell).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a focus on active listening, stakeholder engagement, and team synergy.
  • Highly organized and time-conscious, with a consistent ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, with strong capabilities in data visualization, report writing, and presentation development.
