Business Growth Manager

A business growth professional with a proven track record in securing new clients, building relationships, and driving sales expansion is sought after.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture New Business: Secure new clients in key sectors including IT, finance, healthcare, and engineering.
  • Lead Identification: Build and manage a client pipeline through strategic networking, research, and referrals.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong ties with HR, hiring managers, and department heads to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate on sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present customized proposals to clients that meet their needs and align with company objectives.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals while ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Market Intelligence: Research industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams for efficient service delivery.
  • Performance Metrics: Track leads, conversion rates, and client satisfaction for data-driven decision making.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in staffing/recruitment.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of temporary, permanent, and contract staffing.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Tools: Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
  • Other: Ability to work independently and in teams, willingness to travel.
