As a Regional Sales Leader, you will drive commercial efforts across India to maximize market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development Strategy
- Contribute to global business development strategy for growth objectives
- Determine strategies for key accounts
- Grow business share and wallet share of biotherapeutic business in India
- Sales Leadership and Account Management
- Lead operations and daily activities to ensure smooth functioning of businesses
- Grow share of business and expand relationships with customers
- Deploy consultative selling approach to identify supply chain challenges and develop value-creating solutions
- Interact with regular customers to ensure continuity of existing businesses
- Coordinate with planning/production and logistics/shipping teams to ensure timely shipments and payments
- Manage business development activities to add new customers and increase market coverage
- Market Research and Intelligence
- Provide market research, intelligence, and information on international market trends and competition
- Assist regional leaders in launching new products and ensuring sales
Basic Qualifications:
- 15-20 years of relevant industry experience in sales and business development (India market focus preferred)
- High energy individual with positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership qualities, including excellent communication skills and strategic thinking
- Well-versed sales techniques, consultative selling, customer psychology, and purchasing patterns
