Brand Strategist Position

We are seeking a skilled Brand Strategist to join our team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our brand voice, creating campaigns that drive engagement and sales, and developing strategies that stay ahead of the competition.

The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of experience in brand strategy, preferably in D2C, lifestyle, or fashion. They should have a keen sense of youth culture and digital trends, a portfolio of successful campaigns that moved hearts and sales, and the ability to switch between clever one-liners and deep strategy decks.

  • Owning and shaping our brand voice to make it loud, sharp, and unforgettable is a top priority.
  • Dreaming up and executing campaigns that get screenshotted, shared, and remembered is crucial to our success.
  • Maintaining consistency across all touchpoints, including social media, website, ads, packaging, and offline promotions is essential.
  • Staying on top of competitor moves and cultural shifts to anticipate market trends is vital to our growth.
  • Partnering with performance marketers to ensure brand and growth are aligned is a key responsibility.
  • Building playbooks for influencers, partnerships, and PR that break patterns without breaking budgets is a challenge we're looking to tackle.
  • Analyzing data and feedback to refine our strategy and make it stick is an ongoing process.
