- Resolve member issues through verbal and written communication.
- Understand coverage and healthcare requirements by interacting with members on the phone.
Key Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably international.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy.
