About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic professional to handle employee and stakeholder concerns with professionalism, discretion, and care.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage all formal grievances and complaints in a fair and timely manner
  • Conduct impartial investigations through interviews, data collection, and documentation
  • Moderate between parties to achieve mutually beneficial resolutions
  • E nsure compliance with organizational policies and relevant labor laws
  • Advise employees and management on conflict resolution procedures
  • Identify recurring patterns and suggest process or policy improvements
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in grievance handling, employee relations, or a similar role
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Ability to remain objective and unbiased in sensitive situations
  • High levels of confidentiality, professionalism, and tact
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
