Job Description:

This position plays a crucial role in ensuring data accuracy and integrity. The Project Manager will identify opportunities for optimization and communicate project progress effectively.

The Project Manager will manage complex issues, design reporting and data visualizations, and enforce data standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities for optimization, scalability, and/or automation
  • Manage and communicate optimization projects end-to-end
  • Maintain steady progress on open projects
  • Provide effective communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders of project progress
  • Consult with downstream cross-functional teams for impact analysis of proposed projects
  • Manage complex, urgent, high-visibility, or intricate issues and escalations
Qualifications:
  • Ability to identify opportunities for optimization and process improvement
  • Ability to communicate, advocate for, and lead optimization projects
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, especially with Sales Operations and IT
  • Ability to pick up new tools, platforms, and business processes and policies
  • Interest in concerns and topics related to data maintenance and governance
  • Can execute tasks with high attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
