As a highly experienced Presales Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting B2B sales processes for complex technical and service-based solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting targeted research to identify potential leads and decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Performing competitor research and market trend analysis to inform sales strategy.
  • Analyzing customer segments and generating customer personas and pain points.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders including marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Developing and tailoring customized presentations, pitch decks, and sales materials.
  • Delivering product or solution demos to qualified leads, showcasing value propositions.
  • Working closely with the sales team to co-create sales pitches and proposal decks.
  • Supporting the team in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with tailored documentation.
  • Managing and nurturing both internal and external partnerships.

Key Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in presales, business development, solution consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.
  • Proven negotiation and customer handling skills.
  • Solid understanding of sales cycles, particularly in solution or consultative selling.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and high degree of initiative.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and a collaborative work ethic.
  • Awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
