This role presents a unique opportunity for you to work closely with our founder and mentor, gaining hands-on experience in delivering real transformation in people's lives. You will have the chance to learn and grow in an inspiring environment, developing your skills in operations, communication, and community building.

  • Build meaningful connections with participants through phone calls and WhatsApp, confirming registrations, sending reminders, and following up on their progress.
  • Collect valuable feedback from attendees and provide personalized guidance on their next steps after mastering the self-development principles.
  • Ensure accurate and organized records in Google Sheets/Excel (registrations, attendance, follow-ups, conversions).
  • Contribute to smooth engagement within our online community by fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Collaborate directly with our founder/mentor to gain insights into how transformative programs are run and grow professionally.

Requirements

  • Candidates who are empathetic, people-oriented, and possess strong communication skills (spoken & written) are ideal for this role.
  • A comfort level making phone calls and engaging participants with warmth is essential.
  • Basic familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp, and online tools (AI tools a plus) will be beneficial.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individuals with a willingness to learn and grow are highly valued.
