Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Community Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with users, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for users, managing day-to-day communication.
  • Develop strategies for scaling daily engagement on the app by leveraging user-generated content, community creators, and moderators.
  • Implement upskilling and monetization strategies for community creators and moderators to ensure their long-term engagement and success.
  • Collaborate with the product team to launch and optimize new features focused on user engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Create and nurture micro-influencers within the FRND ecosystem to drive engagement, virtual interactions, and live events.
  • Stay up to date with new social media trends, insights, and best practices to enhance engagement and grow the platform.
  • Manage and support different speaking communities to foster a positive and interactive environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, campaign, or community management in any language-speaking audience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships.
  • Strong understanding of culture and language, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools.
  • Proven ability to work with diverse content/creators, with an understanding of regional and global content trends.
  • Familiarity with user engagement metrics and tools, as well as the ability to analyze data to drive decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Additional Information:The team operates six days a week, with every 1st and 3rd Saturday working.
