Technical Customer Support Lead

We are looking for a skilled Technical Customer Support Lead to join our team. This is an urgent opening for a highly motivated and proactive individual who can improve customer support processes and outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and professionally.

This role requires strong analytical skills, with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, experience in working with large data sets to identify trends and resolve complex issues.

The successful candidate will be skilled at identifying root causes and structuring logical, data-backed recommendations for operational improvements.

Prior experience working with support ticketing systems such as Jira Service Desk, reporting and project configuration experience is a plus.

This is a hybrid working arrangement, with the ability to commute into the office 2-3 days per week.
