Job Title

A leading aerospace and defence technology organization seeks an accomplished Senior Manager to lead their SAP P2S & S2P functional teams.

  • Lead SAP Functional Teams: Oversee the management of SAP resources to meet customer requirements, demonstrating strategic leadership through strong communication and collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage Resources: Take overall responsibility for the management of SAP resources, ensuring successful project delivery and ensuring all technology resources are productive and aligned with business vision.
  • Candidate Requirements: The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of extensive SAP experience, deep expertise across modules and processes, and over 10 years of hands-on experience in managing SAP resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to understand needs, support business change, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
  • Adapt SAP functional management to align with digital governance development models.
  • Effectively delegate and focus teams on business priorities.
  • Publish periodic metrics to key stakeholders.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across teams.
