As an SAP Advanced Payment Management Specialist in S/4 HANA, you will be responsible for providing technical support for the APM module, resolving payment processing issues and incidents, configuring payment formats and methods, and integrating with bank communication systems.

The role requires a deep understanding of SAP APM functionality and its integration with other business processes. Your expertise in payment management, banking, and finance will enable you to troubleshoot complex payment processing issues and implement effective solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing level 2 and 3 support for SAP APM in S/4 HANA environment
  • Resolving payment processing incidents and service requests through root cause analysis and corrective action
  • Configuring and maintaining payment formats, media, and methods to ensure seamless payment processing
  • Supporting integration between APM and bank communication systems to enhance payment efficiency
  • Implementing system enhancements related to payment management and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Knowledge of MBC (Multi Bank Connectivity) is highly desirable, and training will be provided for successful candidates.
