Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to provide administrative support for the smooth operation of our office.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage various administrative tasks including Housekeeping, Pest Control, Transportation, Security, and Pantry operations.
- Coordinate the ordering and maintenance of office supplies and stationery stock.
- Assist in coordinating with vendors for courier, transport, housekeeping, and maintenance services.
- Maintain accurate records of office expenses, vendor bills, and service reports.
Necessary Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in admin operations.
- Excellent coordination skills, particularly with custom authorities for ID Cards, Visitors permissions, and Vehicle permission.
- Able to respond quickly and effectively to emergencies.
- Experience with SAP is an added advantage.
