Job Opportunity: Strategic Procurement LeaderRole Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our procurement team in driving business success and achieving strategic conversions.

  • Oversee the procurement team to accomplish key business objectives and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with shipping lines, vendors, and carriers to negotiate favorable Pan India rates for FAKs and ODCs.
  • Secure DDU/DDP rates from the network and manage Requests for Quotations (RFQs).
  • Provide customers and the network with quotations, as well as oversee shipment planning and booking.
  • Ensure compliance with GDP and CTPAT regulations.
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in ocean freight pricing roles.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing large volumes of work.
  • Strong market knowledge and freight forwarding expertise are essential.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior management carriers is crucial.
