Procurement Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Procurement Leader to drive the strategic sourcing of raw materials, components, and services. This pivotal role will ensure seamless procurement operations, foster strong relationships with suppliers, and contribute to cost savings initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Sources and procures critical materials and services to support manufacturing operations.
  • Evaluates and onboards suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
  • Raises and monitors purchase orders in alignment with production schedules and inventory levels.
  • Negotiates prices, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Tracks market trends and implements cost-saving initiatives through process improvements.
  • Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end procurement alignment.
  • Maintains comprehensive documentation for audits, vendor evaluations, and management reporting.
  • Supports new product development (NPD) sourcing activities by identifying and qualifying potential vendors.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: MBA in Operations Management (Essential)
  • Experience: 3–4 years of hands-on procurement experience in an automotive ancillary or Tier 1 supplier environment.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and relationship management, Basic knowledge of ERP systems, Familiarity with automotive standards and documentation, Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
