Procurement Excellence

Lead the way in procurement strategy and execution, driving growth and efficiency across real estate and retail operations.

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business goals for real estate projects and retail products.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor identification, selection, negotiation, contracting, and performance management.
  • Establish and maintain effective procurement policies, processes, and systems to ensure efficient and transparent sourcing.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors to secure consistent supply, quality, and competitive pricing.
  • Collaborate with project teams, operations, design, and finance departments to ensure timely availability of materials and services.
  • Monitor and analyze procurement budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring compliance with budgetary controls.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/PGDM preferred.
  • Minimum 12+ years of procurement experience in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of handling procurement for large-scale residential/commercial projects or high-volume retail operations.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, supply chain systems, and contract laws.
  • Proficiency in ERP procurement modules (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously under tight deadlines.
