Job Title: Jira Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to oversee the administration of our Atlassian tool suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Possess extensive experience in Atlassian tool administration, including JIRA and Confluence (both Server and Cloud).
  • Provide critical technical support during high-priority incidents by troubleshooting logs and resolving project-specific blockers.
  • Analyze and evaluate third-party Atlassian Marketplace plugins for optimal integration and functionality.
  • Design, modify, and optimize JIRA workflows, screens, issue types, custom fields, schemes, and issue indexing.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and documentation of existing functionalities to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Apply a solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Foster effective knowledge sharing and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive productivity and innovation.
