Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role within our organization. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in the Japanese language and culture, with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a related field.

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Japanese is essential for this position.
  • A JLPT N2 certification or higher is required to demonstrate a high level of language proficiency.
  • Experience working with Japanese clients and familiarity with IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow/Jira are highly valued.
  • Additionally, the ability to work in a 24/7 environment on rotational shifts is desirable.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expertise in Japanese language support and developing relationships with Japanese clients. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and drive business growth.
