We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the operational aspects of our banqueting and catering services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring excellence in event execution, guest experience, productivity, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations for all banquet and catering functions, including planning, execution, and team management.
  • Collaborate with sales, culinary, and service teams to deliver outstanding events.
  • Develop and implement SOPs for seamless event logistics.
  • Monitor quality standards, guest satisfaction, and service delivery across all events.
  • Lead and mentor teams in banqueting, kitchen stewarding, and F&B; recruit, train, and manage departmental staff.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, control costs, and drive efficiencies.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, food handling, and local regulations.
  • Build and nurture client relationships to maximize repeat business.
  • Analyze operational metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in hospitality, hotel management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years' operational leadership experience in banqueting and catering.
  • Demonstrated expertise in team management, event operations, and logistical planning.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of handling premium events and client satisfaction.
