We are seeking a seasoned Business Case Study Writer to collaborate with faculty members in developing high-quality case studies for academic instruction, publication, and teaching. The ideal candidate will have expertise in narrative craft, analytical rigor, and pedagogy in business education.

The successful writer will conduct thorough market, industry, and organizational research to gather factual and qualitative data needed for case study development. They will clarify pedagogical objectives, learning outcomes, and case formats with faculty members and write compelling case studies that include background context, decision points, alternative courses of action, supporting data, and teaching notes.

\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Conduct comprehensive market, industry, and organizational research to gather relevant data.\
  • Clarify pedagogical objectives, learning outcomes, and case formats with faculty members.\
  • Write engaging case studies that meet the needs of academic instruction, publication, and teaching.\
  • Ensure factual accuracy through verification and citations.\
  • Revise drafts based on feedback from faculty/stakeholders.\
  • Prepare cases for external publishing, case competitions, or inclusion in printed/in-house outlets.\
  • Meet project timelines and manage multiple case writing assignments simultaneously.\
\Qualifications:\
  • \
  • A master's degree in Business / Management / Case Writing / Communications, or related field; PhD preferred.\
  • Proven publication record: at least 10 completed and published case studies or similar works such as detailed business reports with teaching notes.\
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English.\
  • Strong research skills, including interviewing, data gathering, qualitative and quantitative analysis.\
  • Familiarity with business case formats and experience in academic settings or business school pedagogies.\
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with faculty and stakeholders.\
  • Good time management skills and ability to deliver under deadlines.\
