We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Customer Support Associate. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to handle customer interactions effectively, and have experience in leading and mentoring a small support team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries related to Metal Mandi operations.
- Oversee and guide a team of support executives to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Track performance metrics and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and logistics teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Compile weekly reports on team performance, issue resolution, and customer feedback.
- Assist in developing processes to improve the customer support experience.
- Provide training and guidance to new team members on product knowledge and communication skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- 3–5 years of experience in customer support, with at least 1 year in a team-handling role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including proficiency in Hindi and English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Experience in inside sales/telesales processes is an advantage.
