
Global Customer Support Professional

Our team at a fast-growing startup is seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our ranks. We are headquartered in Silicon Valley and are committed to providing reliable ground transportation services globally with all types of vehicles.
As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for managing and resolving issues by communicating with drivers and fleets. You will also enforce high service standards, confirm rides were completed, and keep detailed records of interactions within our CRM system.
Key responsibilities include:
- Communicating effectively with drivers and fleets to resolve issues
- Enforcing high service standards to ensure excellent customer experiences
- Confirming ride completions and applying changes as needed
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions within our CRM system
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with suppliers, operations teams, sales, and other functions
- Providing exceptional customer service support
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar environment or in the tourism & travel sector
- Strong operational and analytical skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Able to work a full-time schedule and prioritize tasks effectively
- Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
