We are seeking an accomplished Internal Audit Manager to lead our internal audit team in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our internal controls.

Job Description:
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive audit programs aligned with our audit plan, conducting audits/reviews in accordance with standard audit programs, testing templates, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing comprehensive audit programs aligned with our audit plan.
  2. Conducting audits/reviews in accordance with Standard Audit Programs, testing templates, and industry best practices.
  3. Maintaining thorough documentation of all audit work papers, adhering to established procedures and audit quality assurance standards.

Requirements include:

  1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (and/or) Cost & Management Accountant, with relevant internal audit experience (and/or) Certified Internal Auditor.
  2. 7-10 years of internal audit experience.

Preferred skills include exposure to manufacturing/process industry, good understanding and hands-on experience of accounting standards viz., Ind AS, US GAAP, IFRS, forensic reviews/fraud investigations experience, and exposure/hands-on experience on SAP and MS Office package.

Soft skills include good communication skills in English both verbal and written.
