As an Export Coordinator, your primary role is to coordinate with sales teams to plan shipments based on customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Invoicing and Stock Management: Check daily stock levels and create a daily invoicing plan accordingly to ensure smooth shipping operations.
  • Export Documentation: Prepare pre- and post-export documents in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manufacturing Site Coordination: Coordinate with manufacturing sites for seamless shipment movement and minimize detention or extra charges.
  • Freight Rate Negotiation: Negotiate freight rates with forwarders to optimize shipping costs.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, and custom brokers for efficient shipment execution.
  • Customer Communication: Inform customers about shipments and provide timely updates.
  • Post-Shipping Document Submission: Verify and submit post-shipping documents to banks within the stipulated timeframe.
  • Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and audit-related queries in a professional manner.
  • Shipping Expertise: Possess expertise in handling both Less than Container Load (LCL) and Full Container Load (FCL) shipments.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare Certificate of Origin/GSP, Insurance certificate, and bank realization certificates as required.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with shipping companies and custom brokers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare MIS reports and check/closes IDPMS and EDPMS open transactions to monitor performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Graduate in any field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in export coordination at an executive level.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
