Job Title: Trade Export Specialist

Description

The role of a Trade Export Specialist involves overseeing the day-to-day export operations, focusing on resolving queries related to quality and regulatory compliance. This position entails collaborating with internal stakeholders from various departments including Operations, Planning, MIS, Logistics, and Accounts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring smooth operation flow from order placement to final material delivery.
  • Customer coordination for shipments and sales.
  • Maintaining accurate records of monthly projections in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Processing agent commissions and coordinating with the accounts team.
  • Regularly following up with the plant regarding order status and informing customers.
  • Preparing reports on sales summaries, orders in hand, product-wise sales, and pending orders.
  • Managing receivables from external customers and ensuring timely payments.
  • Coordinating with the team to prepare and follow up on samples, DMFs, and other internal queries.
