Job Description:

A forward-thinking Chief Technology Officer is sought to spearhead the evolution of a cutting-edge logistics and freight forwarding technology platform.   • Act as the primary thought leader for all things technology—translating strategic direction into actionable frameworks and solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role such as CTO, VP Engineering, or Head of Technology.
  • Experience in logistics tech, freight forwarding systems, or transportation/supply chain software.
  • Proven experience overseeing the design and delivery of SaaS products, ideally in B2B environments.
  • Technical depth in cloud platforms, system architecture, and full-stack development (e.g., Java, Angular, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to scale engineering organizations and lead distributed teams across regions.
  • Strong grasp of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional team leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels.
