Job Overview:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with shipping lines and customs authorities for accurate and compliant shipping documentation.
  • Maintain visibility into shipment milestones and proactively address delays or issues.
Collaboration & Communication:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, planning, finance) for streamlined shipping operations and documentation needs.
  • Prepare and submit required reports on schedule without errors.
Team Support & Process Improvement:
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed, contributing to their growth and development.
