Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize cloud-based sales platforms.
  • Configure automation processes, data validation rules, and reporting tools.
  • Implement and maintain security protocols, including user access controls and data governance policies.
  • Coordinate data imports, exports, and deduplication activities.
  • Develop and implement sandbox strategies and release/change management processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and developers on project requirements, testing, and deployments.
  • Maintain integration with upstream and downstream systems.
Requirements
  • 5–8+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in enterprise environments.
  • Expertise in no-code/low-code automation and Lightning configuration.
  • Strong understanding of data models, object governance, and security protocols.
  • Proficiency in reporting and analytics, as well as user training and support.
  • Working knowledge of SOQL and DevOps practices for Salesforce.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with CPQ, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
  • Knowledge of iPaaS platforms and basic Apex programming skills.
  • Hold certifications in Salesforce Administration (ADM-201) and Advanced Admin (ADM-211).
