Job Title: E-commerce Platform Manager

Experience: 3 to 5 years of managing e-commerce sales

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or master's degree from a reputable institute

About the role:

  • Drive revenue on multiple platforms such as Blinkit, Zomato, Swiggy, etc.
  • Conduct market research, analyze competition & market trends.
  • Lead team for product cataloguing, high-quality content, and search engine optimization to secure top listings.
  • Negotiate relationships with relevant personnel within designated marketplaces.
  • Collaborate with operations team to manage shipments/POs, reduce stock-out time.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports, work with management & seniors to forecast future performance, leveraging data-driven skills.
  • Manage Key Accounts, Categories, and Catalogues.

Requirements:

  • Possess interest in beauty and personal care sector.
  • Demonstrate strong presentation skills, effectively communicate brand objectives and needs to stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop and nurture internal and external stakeholder relationships, with inventory management as an asset.
  • Capacity to multitask in fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lead a team driving e-commerce channels.
