Digital Marketing Campaign Manager

About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, driving performance through strategic campaign optimization and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 5-7 paid media client accounts
  • Ideate, manage and optimize e-commerce digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon) to drive traffic, engagement, sales and ROAS
  • Develop effective audience targeting strategies within platform limitations
  • Strategically manage client budgets and align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 4+ years experience managing monthly budgets of $50K+
  • Proficiency in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Amazon Advertising)
  • Understanding of feed management and e-commerce consumer behaviour
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, including troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Basecamp)
