Job Title: Solar Project Manager (GM)

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Solar Project Manager to lead our solar project development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar PV design and project management, with experience in managing large-scale solar projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire design process for solar PV power plants
  • Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Develop and review design plans, specifications, and construction documents
  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international codes and standards
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to define project requirements
  • Present design solutions and progress updates to stakeholders
  • Address any concerns and incorporate feedback into design revisions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering

• Minimum 10 years' experience in solar PV design and project management of single plants of 100 MWp and higher

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Proficiency in design software and tools such as AutoCAD, PVSyst, Sketchup, and Helioscope
