We are seeking a highly skilled Solar Energy Grid Integration Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders across the country, ensuring seamless integration of solar energy into the grid.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee advisory packages to ensure top-notch quality and timely delivery.
  • Analyze substation performance to identify bottlenecks and suggest upgrade requirements.
  • Perform Power Flow Studies to assess load conditions, voltage stability, and network strengthening recommendations using ETAP tools.
  • Generate detailed Equipment Condition Reports for critical substation assets, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Evaluate PV Plant Feasibility & Performance, analyzing generation performance, grid compliance, and integration feasibility.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Renewable Energy, with 6 years in Solar Energy and grid integration exposure.
  • Deep technical knowledge of solar PV and distribution grid operations.
  • Proven project management expertise with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities for strategic recommendations.
