Program Manager Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Program Manager with strong cross-functional and technical experience in software/SaaS environments to join our team.

This role involves driving the execution of cross-functional and cross-product initiatives to build state-of-the-art conversational AI products. As a Program Manager at our company, you will be instrumental in leading project timelines, managing resources, and ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with our vision and business goals. Communicate product strategy, progress, and impact to internal teams.
  • Lead strategic initiatives that span multiple teams and product domains.
  • Facilitate project planning sessions to identify project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure flawless project execution and timely delivery.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, and costs while adapting to evolving priorities.
  • Track and report on project performance using relevant tools and metrics.
  • Ensure release readiness by working across teams to ensure product launches are well-documented, coordinated, and supported.
  • Act as the bridge between engineering and product teams and external clients.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
  • Conduct risk assessments and manage mitigation plans. Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
  • Perform data analysis (e.g., root cause analysis, regression, simulation, optimization) to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation and reporting.
  • Manage audit engagements, support auditors, and ensure compliance with key security standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution.
  • 3–8 years of experience in Program/Product management in the SaaS/Software space.
  • Experience working in R&D, infrastructure, platform, or engineering teams is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong internal and client-facing communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Experience supporting audit readiness and working with regulators or auditors is a strong plus.
  • Experience in privacy management, internal data handling practices, and external readiness is a plus.
