Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our technical strategy while maintaining hands-on involvement with engineering teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the direction of our products and services while working with the latest technologies in AI and telecommunications.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technology professional to take on a leadership role, driving innovation and growth within the organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the technology strategy and roadmap, considering both short-term needs and long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the technology strategy and roadmap.
  • Lead architecture decisions for all software products, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Drive innovation in AI technologies, including Conversational AI and Generative AI applications.
  • Oversee integration of telephony systems with cutting-edge software solutions.
  • Manage resource allocation across global teams.
  • Build, lead, and mentor engineering teams across multiple locations.
  • Establish technical standards, best practices, and development methodologies.
  • Participate in code reviews and occasionally contribute to critical development efforts.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to align technology capabilities with market needs.
  • Represent our technical vision to clients, partners, and industry forums.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in software development and engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience with telephony systems and infrastructure.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI technologies, including conversational and generative AI.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams.
  • Track record of successful product launches and technology implementations.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Strong coding skills with continued hands-on technical involvement.
  • Experience working in multinational companies or startups/scaleups.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel between our offices.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
