Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an exceptional leader to manage the release process of our AI product on Google Cloud. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating with various teams, automating pipelines, and ensuring seamless deployment of new features and models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end release strategies from planning to deployment and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, QA, MLOps, and Product teams to ensure smooth, reliable, and bug-free releases.
  • Facilitate CAB reviews and release readiness checks to minimize risks.
  • Design and manage automation-first release pipelines on Google Cloud (GKE, Cloud Build, Terraform, Python).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve cloud environment or configuration issues during releases.
  • Develop observability dashboards for real-time visibility into release health.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in release management (CAB meetings, Go/No-Go facilitation, stakeholder alignment).
  • Strong expertise in Google Cloud (GKE, IAM, Networking, Storage, Cloud Build).
  • Hands-on skills in Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and Python automation.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, or ArgoCD).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML product release cycles (a plus).
