The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the Industrial Relations department, ensuring a harmonious and productive work environment. This involves developing and implementing IR strategies, maintaining open communication channels with employees at all levels, and addressing disciplinary cases in accordance with natural justice principles.

  • Develop and implement effective IR strategies to promote positive relationships among employees.

  • Collaborate with senior management to establish clear policies and procedures for employee conduct and discipline.
  • Liaise with government authorities, such as labor commissioners and law enforcement officials, to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Negotiate with union representatives to resolve grievances and address workplace issues.
