About Our Process Analysis Role:

Our ideal candidate will excel in analyzing existing business processes using various tools such as process mapping, data analysis, and workflow analysis.

The successful applicant will identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for automation or standardization, collaborating with stakeholders across departments to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can develop and maintain process documentation (e.g., SOPs, workflows, process maps).

This role requires the ability to support change management initiatives and process reengineering projects, monitoring process performance using KPIs and recommending improvements based on data insights.

Additionally, the selected candidate will work with IT and software teams to implement automation or digital solutions (e.g., RPA, ERP enhancements).

They will conduct cost-benefit and impact analysis for proposed process changes and assist in training staff on new procedures or technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing existing business processes using process mapping, data analysis, and workflow analysis
  • Identifying process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for automation or standardization
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
  • Developing and maintaining process documentation (e.g., SOPs, workflows, process maps)
  • Supporting change management initiatives and process reengineering projects
  • Monitoring process performance using KPIs and recommending improvements based on data insights
  • Working with IT and software teams to implement automation or digital solutions
