About the Role

We are seeking a skilled 
Business Analyst
 with 2–4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and User Stories.
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Work in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies, supporting sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
  • Create wireframes, process flows, and mockups to visualize requirements.
  • Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.
  • Assist in preparing test cases and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
  • Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, MS Visio, or similar.
  • Excellent knowledge of requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Effective communication skills (verbal & written) to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Basic SQL knowledge for data analysis (preferred but not mandatory).
