Job Title: Business Systems Analyst - OneStream

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: Night Shift

Summary:

We are looking for a skilled OneStream Analyst with 5+ years of experience in both administration and technical implementation of the OneStream platform. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with core OneStream modules, and the communication skills to interface directly with senior finance leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain metadata and dimensions, manage access/security, develop Cube Views, and Dashboard support for components such as Account Reconciliation, Transaction Matching, and Task Manager.
  • Build and support Data integrations, Workflows, Business Rules, and Transformation Rules.
  • Support Financial processes: Consolidation, Intercompany Eliminations, and Cash Flow.
  • Partner with Finance leadership to understand requirements and translate into technical solutions.
  • Provide training, documentation, and end-user support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of OneStream experience (Admin + Technical).
  • Solid understanding of accounting and financial consolidation.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

  • Experience with OneStream MarketPlace solutions.
  • CPA or similar credential (nice to have).
  • Background in enterprise performance management (EPM) systems.
