Test Assurance Specialist

This role is responsible for participating in the entire functional testing lifecycle, encompassing various roles and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Create test scenarios and test cases based on BRD/FSD documentation.
- Develop a requirement traceability matrix for designed tests.
- Lead test pack walkthroughs with stakeholders.
- Select regression tests applicable to the project.
- Identify suitable test cases for automation, considering automation selection criteria.
- Generate and update test data for automation test cases.
- Perform SIT and UAT test execution.
- Report defects and follow up with developers/BA IT for defect fixation with ageing tracking SLA.
This position requires strong logical thinking, good communication skills, and awareness of the general insurance domain. Additionally, experience in product insurance (fire, motor, health, property, and casualty insurance, travel, and personal accident insurance) is essential.
