Job Title: Wireless Network Optimization SpecialistJuniper Mist is seeking a skilled Wireless Network Optimization Specialist to join our team. This role involves deploying, managing, and optimizing wireless networks using Juniper's AI-driven platform.Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure Mist wireless solutions, including Wi-Fi 6/6E access points, Mist Edge, and integration with Juniper EX switches.
  • Utilize Mist's Marvis AI to monitor network performance, automate troubleshooting, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Conduct RF planning and tuning, manage channel assignments, and ensure optimal wireless coverage and capacity.
  • Implement wireless security protocols such as WPA2/3, 802.1X, and RADIUS, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address network issues and implement enhancements.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in wireless networking concepts, including 802.11 standards, RF fundamentals, and WLAN lifecycle management.
  • Juniper Mist Experience: Hands-on experience with Juniper Mist AI platform, including configuration and management of wireless networks.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as JNCIS-MistAI-Wireless or JNCIA-MistAI are highly desirable.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze network performance data and make informed decisions to enhance network efficiency.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
