Enterprise Wireless Engineer

We are seeking an experienced wireless engineer to lead the deployment, management and optimization of enterprise wireless networks. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of expertise in wireless networking, including hands-on experience with AI-driven platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deploy, configure, and manage Wi-Fi solutions, including access points and edge appliances.
  • Leverage AI tools for real-time network insights, root cause analysis, and automated issue resolution.
  • Conduct RF planning, spectrum analysis, channel tuning, and optimize access point placements.
  • Configure and manage wireless security protocols such as WPA2/WPA3, 802.1X, RADIUS, and network segmentation policies.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to resolve wireless connectivity issues and support continuous service improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in wireless networking and infrastructure deployment.
  • Solid understanding of Wi-Fi standards and RF fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience with AI platforms, including access point provisioning, policy configuration, and monitoring.
  • Familiarity with Juniper switches and integration with LAN infrastructure.
  • Experience with network authentication protocols (RADIUS, 802.1X).
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance logs and network data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
