Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in purchasing tailored life insurance products that meet their specific needs.
  • Ensure high responsiveness throughout the sales process, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles with top insurers, leveraging strong relationships to achieve best-in-class results.
  • Liaise with partner insurers to develop and enhance product offerings, manage day-to-day operations effectively.

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of sales experience, preferably in BFSI/B2C Sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Credible face-to-face, phone, and email communication skills, with the ability to pitch complex ideas and products effectively.
  • Strong working knowledge of tight targets and timelines, with a keen eye for detail and analytical skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and challenge multiple levels with partners, with a collaborative mindset and adaptable approach.
  • Insur-tech or broker agency experience is beneficial, as is financial services or personal finance expertise.
