IIHMR University seeks an experienced professional to fill the role of Campus Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of all university facilities, including academic buildings, hostels, guest houses, lawns, and open areas.

The Role

This is a leadership position that requires a seasoned professional with expertise in housekeeping operations, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead a diverse workforce. You will oversee the maintenance and beautification of landscaped areas, gardens, and lawns across the campus, implement eco-friendly practices through vendors, and manage the housekeeping team to foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and ensure the upkeep, cleanliness, and hygiene of all university facilities.
  • Oversee the maintenance and beautification of landscaped areas, gardens, and lawns across the campus.
  • Implement eco-friendly practices through vendors.
  • Recruit, train, and manage the housekeeping team.
  • Liaise with vendors to negotiate contracts and maintain service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Prepare and manage the housekeeping budget.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in housekeeping operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Extensive knowledge of housekeeping operations, processes, and quality assurance standards.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Vendor management experience, including negotiation and contract administration.
