Job Opportunity

This role involves overseeing the closeout process across multiple project stages, ensuring accuracy and completeness of project documentation.

  • Anticipate, manage and coordinate all steps necessary for project closeout, adhering to established procedures and timelines.
  • Maintain and update project data in designated planning tools while collaborating with project controls team members to verify information accuracy and integrity.
  • Oversee the return of confirmed surplus materials through the RMA process, recording items in the warehouse and PeopleSoft accordingly.
  • Maintain regular communication with project-assigned Video Quality Auditor and Project Controls team to facilitate accurate true-up and turnover documentation.
  • Assist scoping team in promoting RFDS for scopes where drone inspections are not required, serving as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for delivering SAQ CADs to quality team, ensuring proper filing in site folder.
  • Review subcontractor material purchase order requests for potential cost recovery and forward to scoping team as necessary.
  • Own final turnover package, reviewing submitted deliverables by General Contractor (GC), following up on GCs regarding deliverables and suggesting minor corrections or rejecting unacceptable documents for revision.
  • Act as sole approver for closeout processes in PeopleSoft, assigning new Purchase Orders to Closeout Coordinator in Smartsheet as needed.
  • Manage JVizion tasks and data fields associated with turnover processes.
  • Occasionally follow up on punch list items.
  • Monitor EHS tasks to achieve W002015 actual.
Qualifications/Experience Required
  • At least 2 years of industry experience is required.
  • A good understanding of engineering concepts is necessary.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Relevant experience in wireless technology and telecommunications is mandatory.
  • Engineering certification in related discipline is preferred.
  • A working knowledge of industry standard materials is beneficial.
  • Construction management background is a plus.
  • Telecommunication experience of any kind (Broadband, Telecom, Broadcast, etc.) is advantageous.
  • Ability to support US Eastern Time Zone is expected.

A recognized degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent years of work experience is required.
