Project Delivery Specialist

A seasoned project manager is sought to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale projects from inception to completion.

• Manage client and internal stakeholder expectations, communication, and delivery on a daily basis.
• Own the project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management, ensuring timely completion and direct communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and associated documents estimating resources and participants needed and overseeing the project lifecycle using defined methodologies.
• Plan, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, and resources while managing budget proposals, financial forecasts, and recommending budget changes as necessary.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations ensuring clear and consistent communication channels.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans, documenting all blockers, changes, and risks, and maintaining a centralized tracker accessible to the client.
• Define project success criteria, conduct project post-mortems, and create recommendation reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Utilize tools such as Confluence for documentation, ensuring all project meetings are documented, and necessary parties are notified, and collaborate with QA to plan and execute project demos.
• Address blockers with the internal team to keep the project on track, ensuring all team members have necessary access to resources, and send out client status reports summarizing project work, budget status, changes, risks, and action items.
• Collaborate with other Project Managers and conduct weekly internal meetings to review concerns and issues with leadership and planning.
• Oversee release management processes, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business objectives, and manage planning, execution, and post-release activities.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in project management capacity, including process development and execution on SFCC platform.
• Strong familiarity with project management and release management software, such as Microsoft Project ServiceNow, JIRA or similar tools.
• Solid working knowledge of current IT technologies across a broad range of solutions with a focus on release management processes and methodologies.
• Effective written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal and operational skill sets to facilitate collaboration across teams.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environments, managing both project and release schedules.
• Extensive experience with project management practices and tools to create, manage, and track project performance, deliverables, and outcomes, including release cycles.
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive projects to completion, ensuring successful release deployments.
• Ability to coordinate development/implementation teams, overseeing release activities, and ensuring alignment with project timelines and business objectives.
• Experience conducting release readiness reviews, milestone reviews, and managing post-release activities.
• Skilled in facilitating communication and collaboration for efficient release processes, monitoring, and reporting on release progress.
• Experience implementing and improving release management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
