Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our business expansion efforts in India. As the Head of Business Expansion, you will be responsible for launching and leading our operations in Delhi NCR and driving growth into other metros.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to build and lead a business practice from the ground up, covering strategy, client acquisition, team leadership, operations, and full P&L ownership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth in India
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and HR leaders across industries
  • Stay ahead of industry and recruitment trends to strengthen our positioning
  • Collaborate with global leadership to align India's growth with the firm's long-term vision
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 15+ years of experience in Recruitment, Executive Search, or Talent Acquisition
  • A proven track record in business development, client management, and revenue growth
  • Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with experience setting up or scaling new business units
  • Based in Delhi NCR, with strong networks and market understanding
